Long story short filled Bk Chp 7 discharged May 08. We have three mortgages one with National City two with Wamu. National city continues to send bills as usual. Wamu on one account continues to auto pay from checking account but on the other Wamu account I have to go to bank to pay due to the BK. I have decided to let the house go since we did not reaffirm and decided to look over paperwork one last time as I thought it odd that two loans are still billing and I thought that was not allowed. I looked over paperwork and lawyer used incorrect account numbers on all three accounts. The numbers are close but off a number like 55 instead of 44. Will this be an issue or do you think the mortgage companies were able to figure out the accounts belonged to us due to SSN and last names? If not am I screwed?

Account numbers don't even matter really. So long as your SSN number and address are correct and their addresses are correct everything should be fine.
As for them taking the payments still that is legal if you have had your case discharged and closed. The stay then would end towards them.
You might want to move your bank account to avoid any problems in letting it go.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
