We are letting our house go--it is vacant and has been for nearly a year. They called and I told them to call the lawyer. She was nice but also told me we need to get out before the 6th because the case is being closed on the 6th of Feb? I told her it was vacant and she asked if she could have a phone number of a neighbor so they would not have to "spend the money" to send one to make sure it is vacant.
She also asked who's land it is on. I told her ours-although it really is going to be the banks when we file bk.
