that fri the statement on intent was filed, one of our cars we choose not to reaffirm so we had to change intent to surrender, even though we will continue to pay and hope they do not come and get it , but today i saw filed a certificate of service so i looked at it, and it was to show they had sent the statment of intent change to the UST and they had sent it to capital one (who we have the car with) and also USAA who we have the other car with... why would they send it to them... I think it is because just those 2 companies had filed to receive notices.. so they get anything and everything that is filed right? hopefully non of that will bother the UST, not had him involved yet.....on day 40 20 left to go.....
