what to say to mortgage companies

i just filed ch 7. im surrendering my house as well. i am out of house that i havent paid in a few months.

any suggestions on what to say or not to say the mortgage companies.

do i give them my new address? has anyone done this, what kinda questions do they ask?

also i assuming i call both mortgage companies?

my layer said just call them tell them u filed chap 7 and you are calling to surrender home. just curious if anyone here has been thru this.
