I am in Colorado and am required to fill ou t a Declaration Pursuant to Servicemembers Civil Relief Act of 2003 - question is - I am - or - I am n ot entitled to the protections of the SCRA - what is the Service Civil Relief Act of 2003 and are normal, no assest chapter 7's entitled or not entitled. I have a copy of my friends documents that filed chapter 7 a month ago and this document was not included. Thanks for your help.

I think I found the answer to this myself - I googled SCRA - this is for people in the military - and nope, we're not in the military - husband hasn't been in for years - so my answer will be I am not entitled to the protections of the SCRA - now just to get my forms done
