    Selling car before discharge?

    We have about 1-month left before our CH7 discharge. The trustee has already "signed-off".
    We have a chance to sell our car and purchase a car with its equity. Is this something we should wait to do after discharge? Would we have to do any paperwork with our lawyer if we do this before our discharge? I don't want to throw any wrinkles into the process or delay the process.

    DON'T ROCK YOUR BOAT.......
    During bankruptcy you are not supposed to be buying or selling anything - your affairs are under the control of the trustee and court..... you need their approval.............

    You may be signed off - but you are not discharged yet..........
