Timeline for chapter 13 to dismiss

I have been in my plan for over 3 years now.
Lost job in November 08.
Case is still active, mortgage current,I hope.
Should I convert to Chapter 7?
If case gets dismissed,can it be reinstated with a certain time frame?
Also, my attorney won't call back either!!!

Curious, did you hire a SOLO attorney or a FIRM?

P.S., sounds like you should file a motion to convert to a 7, if worse came to worse, you could probably file the form yourself.

It was a SOLO attorney.
The original attorney retired so he took over.
Where do I get the form? Can I get it online?
