? About legality of paperwork I received.

I recieved a reaffirmation agreement and letter in the mail,(the re-affirmation agreement was filled out BY the creditor) from a creditor who has clearly recieved notification of my filing. The letter is attempting to re-collect the debt, beginning December 1, BEFORE my creditors meeting.

I am under the assumption that they have violated my rights and have done something illegal by doing this. Anyone have any advice? (Please remember I have filed pro se, so please don't tell me to take it to my lawyer, that would just be in vain.)
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

    Hi,

Just mail the creditor a copy of your stamped/dated BK petition and a copy of your schedule listing them. Include a letter of your declination of thier reaffirmation contract. Mail these documents together via certified mail. It'd be helpfull if you could obtain a name of manager at the creditor so you can attention the documents to him/her.

    Good Luck!
