my 341 meeting has been set for sept 26th..... today I recieved a letter fron the bk court that one of the addresses was wrong for a debt I had included though it was charged off ......166.00 it is still on my credit report.{ I had turned the power on for my son and he had not paid the bill and I had not recieved any notice of this from the power company}
my question is if I do not get this sent to them in time or if I neglect to notify them and the court of this would there be any repercussions or would it possibly delay anything at the meeting? It was sent to the address it showed on the credit report and was returned to the court.
