Ditec mortgage

I have a second mortgage for 140000 thats totally underwater ,How long before they forclose on me .I stoped paying 30 days ago,Does enyone else have a mortgage with them

If your second mortgage is underwater, it's very likely that they would not be the ones to foreclose. We let two houses go, and on both of them it is the first lienholder doing the foreclosure.
