wondering what to do

:( hi was just wondering got a letter today from a collection co looking for payment but its an old acct like 8 years its not on any of my credit reports and i know i have not made a payment to that acct a store card for at least 6years or more and here in new york the time of sol is 4 i think so should i ignore it or what do you think its only for 400 but still its the point just claimed bk 7 and waiting on discharge the deadline was 9-12 so hope to hear good news soon thanks for your advise vj..

Did you include them in your petition? If not, send them a copy of your discharge anyway. It might be enough to scare them off.
