Mortgage lenders

Quick question,

will mortgage lenders appear before a 341 also? I am about to be 2 months behind on my mortgage since my overtime fell through, i will try for a modification prior to BK13, but when I do, will my mortgage lender be there as well and grill me? thanks.

Nope they wont be there. 341 meeting is not for debt collections
most likely NONE of your creditors will be there.
