I filed for Chapter 7 on November 14, 2008. I had my 341 meeting on December 18, 2008. We usually file together and my Lawyer told me to file jointly. After reading several of the posts here, I realize they could take the refund. We usually get back $1,000/$1,200. I haven't received anything regarding the Bankruptcy. It was a no asset, but have property with the loan in his name only. The middle of this month I will have ended my 60 days.
I would appreciate any information regarding taxes. I hadn't even thought about it until I started reading here.
