Garnishments

Question,

After the 30 day stay runs out. (Our 341 is ten days after it) Does the garnishment start again?

Someone told me that it didn't but I just wanted to make sure.

It depends what kind of debt the garnishment is coming from. If an unsecured creditor garnished your paycheck and you file a chapter 7, then they cannot garnish from you anymore because the debt is discharged.
