How is it that your case discharged, closed, and then reopened in the space of a week? Is there something unusual (besides that, of course) about your case? Have you had trustee "interest" in your case before that point? Nervous minds want to know, lol!

Oh Hi! Thank you for asking...
I am constantly on Pacer. I even got the 'final decree' when your case is closed. The next entry on my docket report was from a house i was surrendering (my bk was going so very smooth, no bumps, the trustee signed off and no questions, mine was fairly simple...thru divorce i was surrendering a house and 2 small credit cards) the entry on the docket after the 'final decree' was from the house i was surrendering wanting to 'lift the stay' (which is normal for them to want to lift the stay) BUT When your case is already closed, they dont have to file the motion to lift the stay, they are free to move ahead.... My lawyer says they are a lil coocoo for not just moving forward, the case was closed...but now that they didnt pay attention, the motion to lift the stay reopened the case. Im still discharged but its reopend for them to move ahead.... crazy cuz the trustee signed off during the disharge...i just dont understand why the mortgage co didnt pay better attention...so now im bothered because it was closed, now....open.Don't take my word for it, I'm just sayin'
