It is my understanding that different states and different districts show things differently on Pacer, but I went back and looked at ours, it took 7 days before it shows anything new posted from the date it actually showed discharged (date of discharge + 7 days beforet he system was actually discharged)I ran a query on the history section, that took 10 days to be updated (date of discharge + 10 days) Look under the history section on the left hand side it says DOC# - there are numbers 1-whatever, they were also in blue, click on the # you want to look at, in our case I looked at certificate of service and how served. It showed a copy of the discharge papers and who they were sent to and how they were served. I also looked at order of discharge, final decree.
These reports told me how and when the creditors were served, either by mail an/or elctronic transmission. Ex. Sears was served by mail and electronic mail. Hope that helps. Let us know. Trust me the worst is over.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

Sounds to me like your case is OVER.........DISCHARGED AND CASE CLOSED.............THAT IS GOOD NEW!!!! Sometimes they will close the case the same day it is discharged......

But remember, the Trustee can reopen you case up to one year if he finds a reason too...........More than likely that will NEVER HAPPEN........

SO CONGRADULATIONS..............YOUR DONE.........Now on too rebuilding your credit score back up.......

See - you did survive bk..............

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

See we put ourselves through a lot of worry for nothing. But, if you are like me I will worry until I get my credit report reading just what it needs to, then I'll probably worry about what the bank/creditors will say if/when I need to borrow again. Such is life, but isn't it a relief???
