Made the appt with lawyer finally!
Whew, I feel better already. I have an appointment Thursday morning.
I was faxed paperwork to fill out and asked to bring 6 months worth of paychecks for dh and myself.
I had to fill out a spreadsheet with all bills, total amounts owed and monthly payments and date of last payment.
It also had a paper that asked questions such as have you paid anyone any money in the last three years over $600.00, transferred or sold or given away any property, etc.
I am looking forward to the appoint to finally get some answers if I can file Chapter 7 or if I must file a 13.
