    Chrysler Financial

    Anyone dealt with these folks???? They straight up lied to me into "catching up" on payments.Told me they could refi my loan "in-house" and found out today that was a lie! So, Im NOT making anymore payments. How long before they will come and get my vehicle??? I know none of you are psychic, but I'm wondering because they are struggling themselves.....are they utilizing all of their resources to collect these defaults???

Relax. I know none of you are psychic, but I'm wondering because they are struggling themselves.....are they utilizing all of their resources to collect these defaults??? I doubt they are. They may be out of business before you are, so to speak.

But my best guess is your still in the 90-120 area for it to get popped. If you don't care, just do this; remove all your valuables from the car and drive it until it get snatched one day. Just be prepared to walk home at anytime after the 90 day mark.
      LMAO....that was funny! I busted out laughing and my 4 year old was like..."what Mom, what's so funny"? I can just picture me coming out from work one day and being like...."Oh snap! They came....gotta walk home" Thanks for the laughs. So, even if I file BK you think I still have time???? We will most like file in May or so(unless we get sued before)......

        BigBoy, what is a ride-through? Also, what happens if I stop making payments (which I have) and then file in say 90 days. If they haven't repo'd by then, will they wait to see what I'm planning on doing with vehicle in the BK?
