Shall I Leave Our House On The Market?

Were still struggling to hang on and sell our house.
Not behind on payments yet ( 2 1/2 yrs on the market).

We will be moving in the next couple of months and will no longer be able to make house payments.

Is there any benefits to leave it listed with a realtor?

First, if you have equity in the house, you don't want to just walk away from it. Keep trying to get it.

Second, if you can sell before the house is sold at a foreclosure auction, your credit record will benefit.
