    Trustee question

I'm just figuring out the process as I meet with an attorney on thursday. When you file, the trustee gets all your info and what else do they know about you. Do they also get a copy of what you charged from the CC company? I have very little for assets, but charged some things and resold them on Ebay. The last thing I bought was last Feb and sold it a month ago for a big loss. I've moved money around CC cards to get the best rate and just have transactions all over the place, I could never come up with all the right answers. Last year I was late on two cards and lost my 3.9% interest rate, so I used CC checks for both accounts and just switched balances. Or does he look at what you got, what you make and what you owe, and that's it? Just getting nervous as I would look like an idiot if asked where what charge went too.

You should be fine since the last transaction was done 9 months ago. Most people get nervous about this. As for what gets charged it doesn't really matter. CC Companies invite us all to use their credit for pretty much anything from balance transfers to "living richly" as the billboard says. As long as we don't live richly the eve of filing they cannot prove you charged with no intent of paying them. Also it's important that you aren't hiding any money and that you didn't give an money or property to an insider in the past 12 months. You should be fine. Good luck!!!!
