OH my gosh what a relief. We were last in the group of about 10. Trustee is a banker, atty said he is typically very aggressive. We have a complicated 7, no asset, but several businesses etc. We were over median by alot, and only converted from a 13 to a 7 AT the signing. So atty thought it might be a bit of Q&A. And it was, but not too bad.
He asked about what we plan to do with the house, retain it, he asked about equipment we listed and how we determined it's worth. He asked what livestock we had, then we chatted about llamas. I made him laugh several times, once when he asked for marital status and I replied "strained". The whole room laughed.
All in all it took maybe 5-7 minutes. One sweet little couple ahead of us had an awful atty, petition was all wrong and they didn't speak english well. So they were continued another month so the atty could fix all the mistakes. Trustee asked several other people for their 2008 returns first, but asked us about ours and since we owe so much for 2007 and anticipate owing more for 2008 he didn't care about it.
Atty said that's it, await discharge!
