    Why is it that this does not show up on Pacer?

    Hi All, How come nothing about the UST filing a 2004 deposition and all other information about the depo. does not show up on Pacer? I know some people will say maybe they are behind, but i have dealing with the UST basically since Oct. and nothing it ever noted as for the UST? Why??

    Hey Jessigirl we were just posting about how things where going your way. I would say if it is not on PACER, the UST is still mulling over your situation. Perhaps this is a good thing as the Judge does not see it unless it is docketed. Good to see you back. 'Hub

      Hub - Oh wow, good news, its been a loooong time. Our depo is coming up soon. I will post when I get thru it Thanks for the info. Hub
