    2 Weeks til 341...

I'm not looking forward to it, but I'm not nervous about it either. (Yet.) I am looking forward to it being over with!

For those who were asked to submit extra paperwork to the trustee, when did that happen? I assume it would be before the 341...

When I received my notice for the meeting, my lawyer gave me a heads up and said that certain Trustee's want info and if they do, they will mail something directly to you before the meeting, requesting what they want.

As did my lawyer. I didn't need anything else; however, I came w/documents in hand - just in case!

I received a request about three days before my 341 requesting that I bring a couple documents. The trustee stated that he hadn't received my schedules J&I although they were submitted and processed by the court. He also reqested my last two pay checks prior to filing. He didn't ask me to bring my social security card or id but from this board i knew to bring it, and thank god i did because he asked each and every person for it, and many didn't have it, their social security card that is.

I just checked Pacer for any updates. There was one, an attorney for a vehicle wanting to be added to the creditor matrix.

I also saw that our trustee's email address is listed, so I dropped him a short email asking if he needed anything from us. I may not get a response (he probably gets alot of junk mail, LOL) but I feel like I've made an effort!

At my 341 trustee asked for 2 things. Secured loan contract and 401k proof. I left all my paperwork in the car because I didn't want to show anything unless I had to. I said I had them in the car, so he said to go get them and flag him when he came out of room to call next person, which I did. Kind of scary though. And my 401K isn't called 401K so I had to go home and find something that actually said 401K. That took a little investigating online with Fidelity but I finally came up with something and I faxed it to my atty. Didn't hear anything back and that was 5 weeks ago so I think I appeased him. Only 32 days left.
