    asset vs no asset

What ist he difference in a asset v no asset case

Everyone has assets, right? Like the furniture, computers, clothing? So how do you know which one you are and why does it matter?

Thanks, I am really confused on this!

An asset case is when you have assets that cannot be covered by exemptions and the trustee will take them to pay creditors.
