Ch 7 & Sale of Land

My husband and I received our discharge on Aug 16, 2004. We live in Florida, and our house has a lot next to it which is part of our homestead. We want to get out of FL and would like to sell the lot first to get money to buy a motorhome. Then sell the house and leave FL. Will the bankruptcy court take the money for the lot?
We asked our attorney if we could sell the house, included is the lot, and he said ok. But we need to sell the lot to get money to buy the motorhome.
What do we do????

I am also in Florida. You have your discharge so you should be free. I really like to see the case closed and be assured that it's all over first though.
