I'm finally going to file

In a way Im actually kinda excited. After saving up the last couple months and getting everything in order im going to pay my fee tomorrow and finally get things rolling. Maybe its wrong for me to feel excited about this, but the way I feel about it is the sooner I can get the process over with the sooner I can start over, not to meantion my ordeal with my lawsuit will come to a close (see my thread on why im filing on the general board)

Im meeting with my lawyer Monday so hopefully he'll say everything looks good and I can get a date for my 341. I realize its not over yet, but I feel like I'm making some progress. Thanks for everyone's help so far!
