I looked up their petition on Pacer. This is not at all relevant I suppose, but it looked like their attorney used an outdated form, and one that may have been a copy of a copy of a copy... On the page explaining the different types of BK, it had the filing fee for 7 at $200. The info was typed in, I found a few mis-spelled words & in several areas the type was uneven. (They have a Toyota Camery.)

Good reading! I sometimes don't understand some people. File a ch7 if you have no disposable income and if you can pay something (but not all) then for crying out loud file a "good faith" ch13. Imagine going through all this just to get dismissed!

I don't think admitting substance abuse would be a good thing in your bankruptcy. It depends on the trustee, but you really don't need to explain your reasons.Comment
