Another question- I found this on my credit report. What does this mean? Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition. Three of my credit accounts say that, while the others say Debt Included Bankruptcy Discharged.

There should be a public record indicating that you have filed BK. Is this what you mean? Mine was on my reports 3 days after filing.
If that isn't what you mean, creditors may not all use the same phrase to note your accounts. When its all said & done, they should indicate that the account was involved in BK. They should not be listed as past due, or with an amount owed. They can indicate history (such as previously 30 days late). If your BK is not finished yet, some may just be ahead of the game-others may be waiting until discharge to put a final notation.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
