I filed in June, my 341 was in July and the expiration date to creditor objections has come and gone and PACER in the docket reports no objections. Can I pretty much assume a discharge letter in a month or so or somehow could I still be not be discharged? And if so how so?

Sounds like you made it! of course it's not definate until you recieve that discharge but I wouldn't sweat it if there was a problem you would have heard by now.
