We plan to send the funds to the attorney in a couple of weeks to convert our 13 to a 7 and 30 days after that we should be in court. I am certain my att. told me we have 30 days to decide what we are going to do with the vehicles and I assume that is 30 days from when we file and by the time we go to court. Now, when do we give the cars back? Do they come and get them or do we drop them off? We plan to purchase a new (used) car but if they dont come and get the vehicles we are surrendering we are going to have parking issues. Am I required to make the cars available for pick up or will they sneak around and repo the car like they do on tv? Oh, and do we have to wait until after discharge to get our new (used) vehicle? If that is the cases would we be able to drive around the ones we are surrendering till then?
