Seeking Opinions About Room & Board

It's coming up on a year since I filed, and my income has changed dramatically. My plan is to fill out another B-22C with current data, take it to my attorney, and start the process of getting my trustee payments reduced.

Here's my question...

I'm renting a bedroom to a friend. We came up with an agreeable amount for rent that would include his room, the increase in utilities, and dinner. He joins us 4 or 5 times a week at the dinner table. I understand that I need to claim his rent on the "Rent and other real property income" line, but where do I deduct the expense of his meals? Should it be deducted directly from the rent income (line 4)? Do I add him to the household size when looking up the "National Standards for food, apparel, and services" (line 24A)? Or should it go under "Additional food & clothing expense" (line 44)?

I'm getting a headache.
