Just wondering if anybody gonna file under the new law. I am and hope it won't be so bad. I have to wait because of a big balance transfer I did in June that could be objected.

Perhaps Todd could add a new topic under category 1, for BK after 10/17.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision. -

Hi! Due to some out of town traveling of mine, I will file for BK 7 with the new law. Hopefully, I will file in December.
