We are now filed with the courts. What is next? Do they send something in the mail telling us when the 341 is and what we need to bring, or does our lawyer tell us what to bring. At this point nothing has been said. Thanks

When did you file? You should receive a notification from the BK court right away giving you all the deadlines for the case and the date for the 341. This notification comes right away, within a week of filing usually.

In your letter about your 341, they are pretty specific about what you need to bring. Also, your lawyer should be in contact with you to tell you if you need to bring anything else. We just had to bring paystubs since filing date, copies of bank statements and 401K accounts that show balance on date of filing, post filing education certificate, driver's license and social security card.
Good luck....You are on your way.

They try to mail out pretty quick. Everyone should have their notification within 2 weeks. Our phone was completely silent with in 10 days. It is probably the same for every state.
Good luck.
