My wife rang up about 50,000 worth of debt before we got married and now she wants to file bankruptcy, we live in Calif and I hope someone could tell me if I am liable for her debt even though she ran it up before we were married and my name or signature isn't on any of her documents other than the marraige certificate? Any help would be appreciated.
