Wells Fargo sent a reaffirmation agreement to my attorney 3 months ago.
He said to ignore it as we would have Federal rules that he would stipulate have to be included in the agreement.
He asked me today if I had heard anything from them as he had not.
I have not, he told me to pay the interest only on it and wait to hear from them.
Any chance that the reaffirmation issue will just go away? Wouldn't they have said something by now?
