    Post-BK Filing counseling ??????

    I've been searchin for this specific answer on here but can't find it. Sorry if I just missed it . For our Post BK counseling do we have to wait until after our 341 mtg to complete this? We filed on 4-2-09 our 341 is on 5-19-09. I was hoping that we could get this done and over with ASAP.

    NO, you can take this course anytime you wish. Get the certificate and give it to your lawyer, it will be added to your docket.

    Online course is very good and takes about an hour and half. Same price for spouse but you have to indicate that it is for both. 'Hub
    If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
