i need asnwers on ch 13 please

Ok , I'll try to keep it simple .. I was married and me and her filed a chapter 7 back in 2004 , I now have not only gotten a divorce but have since remarried in 2008. I got the house in the divorce and i was renting it out, however my renters moved out and I decided to sell it and actually had a buyer but the 2nd mortgage comp would not release the lien , so i got behind on the payments and it is in the middle of forclosuer in the mean time the 2nd mortgage company took me to court and won saying i have to pay back 350.00 per month until the 42000 is paid off ,,, i have not paid them anything yet ,,,,,my questions are can i file ch 13 and not get my current wife involved , our house is in her name deed and all ,, i do have a boat in my name but the loan is in her name , i have a car but not worth much and a truck thats not worth much either ,, i have about 20000 in cc debt and the 42000 2nd mortgage ,,, should i hurry and try to save the house or let it go and file 13 for the cc and the 2nd mortage , i have 500 a month in child support and another 500 a month in alimony thanks
