My Ch 7 bankruptcy was discharged in Dec. 2008. I am self emp. and lost a couple clients after I filed. I thought I had reaffirmed my 1st and 2nd (both with GMAC), but checked w/ my lawyer and he said I didn't. Last payment made on both was December. I have only received 1 letter for each, both dated the beginning of March, stating I had 30 days to make them current. No phone calls that I know of.
Today I checked my credit report on Quizzle and both are shown as closed accounts with $0 balance on both.
Anyone know what this means?
