And have been learning a lot from the forum.

First of all, I wanted to say thanks to those that help with the answers to the questions that are posed.

I'm going to have some of those myself in the weeks to come. Getting things together now and are looking to file around August.

Have a few things out there that need some more time on the books before doing anything.
