pay stubs and unemployment ??

When they ask for 60 days of pay stubs.And you where recently laid off again for the second time within 6 months.does anyone know .would you also file the bank statement with the unemployment total on it with the pay stubs.and is there some special form this should be on?im here in the northern district of ohio.Thanks for any info provided.

If someone is on unemployment in our district we don't need to submit payment advices for that person. I think this varies district to district because the place where we indicate that the debtor is on unemployment is on a local form.
