I got a letter today from my lender, called a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, stating that tenants 2, 3, 4 are voluntarily dismissed. There are no tenants, so I am not sure who these people would be......any ideas?
Also, any idea where this falls in the overall timeline of the foreclosure? I just want this over with!
