Motion to lift stay for a vehicle (that we'll be surrendering) on Oct. 25. Assuming the motion is granted, can they pick it up at any time after that?

Yes, once the order lifting the automatic stay is entered on the docket, then the company can get the car anytime after that date. -

We've decided (yeah) to be a one vehicle household for a while. I hadn't expected Chrysler to file this motion, but its not a big deal. The tag expires anyhow on the 15th. I think I'll see about taking it to a dealership that day, so we can cancel insurance. (Dh will have to quit his 2nd job due to lack of transportation, but without the vehicle payments its a wash.) Dh had told the 2nd job he'd be quitting soon-looks like Friday the 14th will be his last day...
Hope Mitsubishi doesn't file a motion... We're planning to save payment $$ until discharge to buy a used car.
