Motion to lift stay for a vehicle (that we'll be surrendering) on Oct. 25. Assuming the motion is granted, can they pick it up at any time after that?
(Trying to determine how long we have.)

We've decided (yeah) to be a one vehicle household for a while. I hadn't expected Chrysler to file this motion, but its not a big deal. The tag expires anyhow on the 15th. I think I'll see about taking it to a dealership that day, so we can cancel insurance. (Dh will have to quit his 2nd job due to lack of transportation, but without the vehicle payments its a wash.) Dh had told the 2nd job he'd be quitting soon-looks like Friday the 14th will be his last day...
Hope Mitsubishi doesn't file a motion... We're planning to save payment $$ until discharge to buy a used car. At least if they do, I'll have at least a couple of weeks until THAT hearing, so I'll know to get my ducks in a row...
