We had our 341 meeting yesterday, WOW was that alot less stressful than I imagined. Our lawyer gave us our copy of the paperwork and asked us to look over it. The Trustee approved our plan but I noticed the personal loan for over $20,000 on a home was not listed anywhere in the final papers, yet the copy of the loan was is the paycheck stubs-etc that the lawyer needed. In the final papers it has rules for what does not need to be listed, but isn't this something that needed to be in there? The loan does not actually say what it is for, but I would think it should be listed because of the amount. The lawyer hasn't called back yet and I hate to bug him if this is something that won't come back to bite me later.
