Hey guys so we filed oct 15th 08 and everything was set for us to keep our home until I lost my job so we just filed papers to surrender the house and move on! My questions is has anyone had this big gap from your filing date to the confirm date?
Another thing is we have been paying about 5500$ in per month including our house payment we filed an amended plan and came up with a 455$ payment for 60 months since I am not working and my wife is making all our income
Question is how long should this take? They deduct 2350$ out of her check and leaves us only 1900$ to live on which isnt enough when you have to move LOL I was wondering if anyone else might have had this happen
