Happy belated Mothers day, beginning with Min and to all the Mothers in the Forum who feel, tired, broke and unnappreciated. Just some vies from my garden that I took this morning. My Gardenia is in full bloom after many years and the kids hacking one side off of it seven years ago, they thought they were "gardening". The bush is still misshapen but she blooms so lovely now.

O Thank You! I love the smell of Gardenias. We bought a used home in 12/07 & some of the Azaleas are blooming...some are not.

I'm disabled and DH is an OTR Truck Driver and usually gone from Sun am - Fri pm. He barely has time to mow and trim our .67 acres.

Again, thanks!

WOW - I'm gonna cry................ didn't know I would be getting flowers today!!

Very beautiful flowers too............ YOU'VE definetely got a "green thumb", my friend.

I'm not a "mother", but many still call me "Momma Dee" (all those much younger then me, of course - especially my tenants). The younger generation is all the time asking my advice, or what would I do or how would I handle something..... a lot of things that they really don't want to ask Dear Mom or Dad about..... I don't "offer them advice"... they ask for it! And they have found it goes no further than "my ears".......... lol

Thanks so much for the beautiful pics.............made today a nice lovely afternoon...

Speaking of "mothers" - I heard on the news last night the base salary of a Mother with children would start at $122,000 a year. (YEAH - RIGHT!!!)
That would cover all the chores that she does each day (housekeeper, laundry, cook, school teacher, bill payer (accountant),cab driver, nurse, dog sitter/keeper, family shopper (clothes), landscaper and supervisor over all in and under her care.

WORTHLESS - I don't think so............... PRICELESS is more like it!!!
