    Help!! Earned but unpaid wages Running out of time

    Can anyone tell how to handle unpaid wages? Wife paid on 15th me at the end of month. Going to file tomorrow but not sure how to list wages to 12th. Do I list the dollar amount or just 75%?? Not sure how to list on my exemptions.

    I don't think its an issue. (I've never seen anything about it before.) You would list your cash & account balances as of the time you file.
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

      Rushed,

      I believe StaciMM is right. Put down what you have on hand and in any bank/savings accounts, etc... then go ahead and file.

      If need be... you can always ammend the petitition after filing.
