Hi. My trustee meeting was two months ago to this date. Today is the last day for any creditors to object. No additional documents has been asked of me. No objections. etc. Seems like a smooth ride. Since today was the last day to object and I am assuming if anyone was going to object they would have done so by now. How soon can I expect to recieve a discharge? Is a discharge garenteed since no one has objected and nothing additional has been asked of me. Maybe I am just paraniod thinking it can not be this simple.

I don't know if anything in life (or BK) is 'guaranteed'. If there was going to be a problem, I am fairly certain you would have known by now.
The discharge should come at any time, it may depend on how busy the court is.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
