Selling my home while in a 13

I filed a 13 over a year ago to save my home from foreclosure, the total debt was almost $7,000. I want to sell my home without now and I'm almost finished paying the trustee, I can't wait any longer, my neighborhood is getting kind of hairy.

I was told that I need to file a form with the trustee asking for permmision to sale, and by not having an attorney, no one will give me any information on what the name of the form is or the number, if applicable.

Can anyone out there help me, because I am ready to ask permission to sell while we are experience a high resale value.

Thanks Todd, I still haven't been able to find the exact form that is needed to ask for permission to sell my home.


Can anyone tell me what the correct name of this form is? I'm still in a Chapter 13, and need this form to ask the trustee for permisson to sell my home.
