    Question after having 341 meeting...

Okay i'm done with my 341 meeting. Wasn't so bad as i thought as know creditors did not show up. I just had a question. In the letter they sent me it states that the creditor has about 2 months to object to the discharge. If noone showed up then don't i already win my case? What reason would they have to object to the discharge? Can someone explain. Thanks.

AFAIK, the court just gives them time to make sure the debt is dischargeable, go thru their paperwork, etc. A creditor can object for many reasons, one example is if you lied on a credit card application to get the credit card...or if you went on a buying spree 60-90 days before filing, that wouldn't be dischargeable either. Just be happy that none showed up, and in a few months, it will be over.
