*Collection removal*

Is it possible to remove/delete collection accounts from your credit????

I filed on Dec 3/2001
i have 4 collection accounts that have been included in my bk. all of them still show as open! with a balance. is there any way to remove them? using an attorney?

They should be listed with the notation "Included In Bankruptcy". You'll have to put this dispute in writing for each credit reporting agency that is reporting incorrectly.
